1.財務或會計相關學士學位

2. 3 年以上財務/會計相關經驗，FP&A 經驗佳

3. 英文閱讀書寫良好，口語可彈性

4. 熟 Excel，ERP 系統經驗佳

5. 分析、組織、溝通能力強

【Responsibilities】

1. 分析維修產業化計畫與產能需求

2. 追蹤人力生產力，提出改進建議

3. 協助成本降低專案及財務效益分析

4. 提供財務報表及關鍵營運指標分析

5. 支援直屬主管及跨部門決策
