【Candidate Profile】

-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or a related field.

-2+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance or field service engineering (new graduates with strong technical background may also be considered).

-Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and cleanroom environment.

-Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently under pressure.

-Experience with mechanical assembly, pneumatics, robotics, or optical systems is a plus.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer-facing interactions.

-Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%) for domestic and international assignments.

-Proficient in English (reading/writing/speaking); knowledge of Mandarin or other languages is a plus in Asia-based roles.

【Responsibilities】

-Install, calibrate, and qualify advanced metrology and inspection equipment at customer sites to ensure optimal performance.

-Perform regular preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime and maintain tool reliability.

-Work closely with cross-functional teams including field service, applications, and R&D to resolve complex equipment issues.

-Provide technical support during equipment upgrades, retrofits, and relocations.

-Document and report equipment performance metrics, maintenance logs, and service reports to ensure traceability and compliance.

-Train customers and internal engineers on equipment operation, maintenance procedures, and best practices.

-Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new hardware and software improvements.

-Ensure all service activities comply with safety regulations and company quality standards.
