知名工業產品公司擴編GaN 技術支援團隊

[Candidate Profile]

• Master degree above in EE or an equivalent field, experience on high power Server PSU design, AI Serer rack system, EV traction inverter/OBC and Industrial Motor Drives;
• Familiar with digital control with FPGA or MCU/ DSP;
• Extensive knowledge of AC/DC and high voltage DC/DC system level designs with experience in testing, tuning, debugging and device selection;
• Strong understanding of high power PFC/resonant DC/DC topology design in both 1 phase & 3 phases AC/DC system.

[工作內容]

1. 參與主要產品跨功能團隊的工作，包含產品開發與客戶支援；
2. 為新應用與新解決方案進行原型設計並製作需求定義；
3. 產出與新 GaN 及控制器／閘極驅動器產品相關的技術內容，包括：新產品定義與驗證；硬體與系統層級設計／審查，包括示範板／評估板／參考設計／客戶需求的原理圖、佈局與元件選型；對產品進行深度分析並找出其價值主張；技術文件與宣傳材料，例如資料表、技術參考手冊、應用筆記與知識庫文章；
