• Bachelor's degree and above in chemical or environmental engineering or related field of study 

• Overseas educational experience is a plus 

• Experience in ESG/Sustainability is a plus Required Skills: 

• Background in chemical / environmental engineering 

• Background in ESG / sustainability or related field 

• Experience working effectively with contractors 

• Knowledge of project management practices 

• Knowledge of environmental permits/emissions monitoring is a plus
