Education / 教育背景

⚫ Bachelor’s degree in science / technical field / occupational safety and health / Environmental Engineering,

or comparable.

大學學歷以上，理工、化學、職業安全衛生與管理、環境工程管理 或其他相關領域皆可

⚫ Safety certificate.

須持有職業安全衛生相關證照(甲乙丙級職業安全衛生業務主管、乙級職業安全衛生管理員、甲級職業安全

管理師或甲級職業衛生管理師)

Experience /經驗

⚫ 1-2 years of occupational safety and health related work experience in TSMC sites.

1-2 年EHS 台積電無塵室工安管理及熟稔台積電藍皮書經驗

⚫ Experience to identify the potential EHS risk in high-tech operations and/or field is preferred.

執行過EHS 風險評估者佳

⚫ Execute and follow up on corrective and preventive actions is preferred.

執行過EHS 矯正預防措施者佳

Other skills /其他技能

⚫ Good communication skills in both English and Chinese, to communicate to employees and foreigner.

好的溝通表達能力，能與國內外同事清楚達意溝通

⚫ Good in MS Office package (Word/Excel/PPT/Outlook/Teams), expecily Teams

熟悉一般辦公室Microsoft, 如： Word/Excel/PPT/Outlook/Teams, 尤其Teams

⚫ Pro-active and flexible.

主動積極且思考可變通者佳

⚫

Execute strategies to assure effective EHS programs and procedures to improve

employee safe-ty and avoid any EHS violation in customer sites.

依照客戶端及安全準則執行EHS督導與管理，提升同仁作業安全及降低客戶端違規之紀錄。

Support to monitor the EHS OKRA goal to all SMS business

協助蔡司半導體事業部進行EHS目標執行率監督

⚫

Plan and delivery EHS training per government/customer request and ZEISS global request, draft, and update training material to make it applicable to the trainee.

提供定期環安衛教育訓練或客戶端提供的相關規定，能有PPT簡報修改的能力。

⚫

Support to perform internal EHS check/audit per government/customer requirement and company re-quest

協助執行EHS相關自動檢查以符合客戶端、總部集團或台灣法規要求之規定

⚫

Propose initiative idea to enhance the company EHS culture

協助建立提升安全文化

⚫

Any EHS related work assigned by the company.
