Contract Manager

【Client Description】

Adecco is seeking a Contract Manager for a client in the energy sector. This role involves managing a portfolio of contracts, ensuring compliance with contract and claim management methodologies according to internal procedures. The successful candidate will collaborate with legal counsel in Taiwan to draft, negotiate, and finalize agreements during various phases, including SCM, Sales, and Project Execution. The position requires supporting sales in RR preparation and attending RR meetings, while working closely with legal counsel and the tendering team. The role also involves executing contracts and claims from project kick-off to closure, identifying contract baselines, and ensuring timely and accurate execution of commercial aspects. The candidate will develop contract management competence within the company by conducting training and providing guidance on contract-related matters

【Candidate Profile】

• Degree in law or equivalent in Taiwan; Master's degree is a plus
• Extensive experience in contract management functions in EPC energy projects or similar
• Solid experience in contract negotiation, change management, and claim management
• Ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment; fluent in English and Mandarin
• Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with strong written and verbal communication skills
