Compliance Manager

【Client Description】

We are seeking a Compliance Manager for a Listed Manufacturing Comany. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive compliance plans, ensuring adherence to both domestic and international regulations. The successful candidate will lead the design and implementation of compliance systems and processes, establish self-assessment procedures, and conduct cross-departmental audits. The position requires collaboration with various departments and reporting to senior management. The Compliance Officer will also be responsible for monitoring regulatory changes globally and recommending strategic adjustments. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in legal compliance within the financial or manufacturing industries

【Candidate Profile】

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law from an accredited institution
• Experience in compliance, auditing, or review operations within the financial or manufacturing sectors
• Completion of the Financial Training Institute's "Pre-Employment Training Program for Compliance Officers" is preferred
• Proficiency in English, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
• Ability to independently develop systems, lead project teams, and coordinate cross-departmental responsibilities
