The team partners closely with strategic customers to ensure contractual commitments are delivered throughout the contract lifecycle, while continuously identifying opportunities to enhance value, strengthen partnerships, and drive sustainable revenue and profitability.
Candidate Requirements
• Strong relationship builder with the personal impact and credibility to engage customers, account teams, and senior sales managers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of operating at a senior stakeholder level internally and externally
• Proven experience in developing and negotiating complex commercial propositions and/or managing large-scale telecom or outsourcing contracts
• Demonstrable knowledge of commercial and contractual issues affecting global bids and their impact on enterprise operations
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to deliver results through cross-functional teams
Role Responsibilities
• Manage the in-life commercial relationship for 2–4 strategic enterprise accounts with combined annual revenue of up to €40 million
• Ensure full execution and delivery of all commercial and contractual obligations throughout the contract lifecycle
• Act as a strategic advisor to key customer stakeholders and internal leadership
• Produce internal executive briefings on commercial performance, risks, and recommendations to grow account value and differentiate from competitors
• Manage senior stakeholder engagement during potential or actual escalations, including management briefings, presentations, cost analysis, and solution options
• Collaborate closely with counterparts in Sales, Commercial, Legal, CSSO, and operating company teams to maximize account profitability
