The organization operates within a global enterprise services environment, focusing on long-term commercial and contract management for large multinational clients. The team partners closely with strategic customers to ensure contractual commitments are delivered throughout the contract lifecycle, while continuously identifying opportunities to enhance value, strengthen partnerships, and drive sustainable revenue and profitability.

• Proven ability to build strong, credible relationships with senior customers and internal stakeholders

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting at an executive level

• Strong background in developing and negotiating complex commercial propositions and/or managing large-scale telecom or outsourcing contracts

• Solid understanding of global commercial and contractual issues and their impact on enterprise engagements

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and delivering results through cross-functional teams

• Bachelor’s degree or above

• Manage the in-life commercial relationship for 2–4 strategic accounts with a combined annual value of up to €50 million

• Ensure full execution and delivery of all commercial and contractual obligations throughout the contract lifecycle

• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior customer stakeholders and internal leadership

• Prepare executive-level briefings on commercial performance, risks, and opportunities to grow account value

• Lead senior stakeholder engagement during potential or actual escalations, including management updates, cost analysis, and recommendations

• Collaborate closely with sales, commercial, legal, operations, and regional teams to optimize account profitability and differentiation
