Cell Therapy: Process Engineer/Sr. Engineer

【Candidate Profile】

• 生物、醫藥或相關科系學士以上

• 熟悉細胞治療實驗與病毒操作流程

• 具 GTP 實驗室經驗，GMP 製造經驗者加分

• 可配合輪班制度，具良好法規與品質意識

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field

• Hands-on experience with cell therapy experiments and viral operations

• Prior GTP laboratory experience required; GMP manufacturing experience is a plus

• Flexible with shift arrangements and demonstrates strong quality and compliance awareness

【Responsibilities】

• 執行細胞治療相關製程實驗與病毒操作流程

• 依 GTP 規範進行實驗室作業與文件紀錄

• 協助製程優化、技術轉移與跨部門合作

• 配合製程需求進行輪班或加班，依法申請補休或加班費

• Execute cell therapy–related process experiments and viral handling procedures

• Perform laboratory operations and documentation in compliance with GTP standards

• Support process optimization, technology transfer, and cross-functional collaboration

• Accommodate shift work or overtime as required by production schedules, with overtime compensation or compensatory leave provided in accordance with labor regulations
