Our client is a Taiwan-based biopharmaceutical company specializing in innovative biologics development and global clinical trials, with a focus on hematology, oncology, and immunology. The company is expanding internationally and is seeking a Clinical Project Manager to join its professional team.

【Candidate Profile】

• 大學以上生命科學、藥學、醫學或相關科系，碩博尤佳

• 五年以上臨床試驗專案管理經驗，具國際試驗經驗者佳

• 熟悉 ICH-GCP 與台灣及國際臨床法規

• 具跨部門協作與團隊領導能力

• 英文流利，能與國際團隊溝通合作

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field; advanced degree preferred

• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical project management; global trial experience is a plus

• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and local/international clinical regulations

• Proven cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills

• Fluent in English with capability to work with international teams

【Responsibilities】

• 規劃並執行臨床試驗專案，確保進度、預算與品質達成目標

• 協調 CRO、臨床中心與跨部門團隊，確保臨床運作順暢

• 監控臨床數據、稽核與合規性，符合 ICH-GCP 與法規要求

• 撰寫與審核臨床相關文件與報告

• 指導並培養團隊成員，提升專案執行能力

• Plan and manage clinical trial projects, ensuring timeline, budget, and quality goals are met

• Coordinate with CROs, clinical sites, and cross-functional teams for smooth trial operations

• Monitor clinical data, audits, and compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements

• Prepare and review clinical project documentation and reports

• Mentor and train team members to enhance project execution capability
