【Candidate Profile】
• Brand building skills at least 2.5 years+ experience
• Must have innovation management experience
• Promotion and customer marketing skills including category management and in-store activation
• Consumer & market insight including consumer and shopper study
• P&L control experience
• Passion to Unilever products
【Responsibilities】
• Work with global team to transfer category visions and plans to a local marketing context
• Work with cross functions (local R&D, 3rd party vendors) to develop local relevant innovation.
• Lead the Country Category Business Team (sales, trade marketing, supply chain...) to formulate Brand Marketing Plan and 4-8 Quarter Activity Plan (including innovation launch; brand activation)
• Implement Brand Marketing Plan with Everyday Great Execution (EDGE)
• Monitor and control A&P spending according to approved budget
• Conduct business data analysis to facilitate team understanding of brand performance
