【Candidate Profile】

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in logistics operations management & 2+ years of planning, or 5+ years of experience across cross-functional roles within supply chain domain

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.

• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.

• Strong understanding of customer service KPI and how to drive improvement

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field

【Responsibilities】

Storage Planning Management

• Monitor, analyze, and report space usage across stakeholders among different business units

• Identify cost-saving opportunities through storage data analysis, vendor negotiations, and process optimization

• Collaborate with planning teams to ensure accurate storage forecasting

Logistics Excellence

• Drive cross-functional projects aimed at reducing complexity, improving fill rates, enhancing warehouse usage, and return stock clearance expedition

• Cooperate with different vendor to develop future fit projects and landing

Logistics Tender

• Plan and execute logistics tendering processes for transportation, warehousing, and related services

• Cooperate with the team to develop tender documents, including scope of work, evaluation criteria, and timelines

• Maintain strong relationships with logistics service providers and monitor compliance with contractual terms
