Our client is a global leader in passive components and advanced electronic solutions.
【Candidate Profile】
- 8-10 years in brand management, marketing communications, and digital marketing/engagement within a global company (B2B preferred).
- Proven record leading international stakeholders, managing agencies and budgets, and delivering campaigns and events.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing and social strategy; comfortable with KPIs and performance reporting.
- Professional fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Experience with CMS, SEO/SEM, ABM, and/or marketing automation/CRM integration is a plus.
【Responsibilities】
- Own and evolve global brand strategy and messaging, maintain guidelines and core assets, and translate business priorities into actionable brand and communication plans.
- Build and execute a global digital engagement strategy across social and owned channels, managing editorial calendars, campaigns, and end-to-end content production while ensuring brand consistency and monitoring engagement.
- Own the global and regional events program, including major trade shows and conferences. Ensure event experiences and materials meet brand standards and deliver measurable impact
- Lead cross-functional projects with global teams (Marketing Communications, Product Marketing, Sales, HR, regions).
