Engages in a role that directly supports consulting services operations in an effort to achieve the strategic goals of the Consulting Division. Leverages domain and industry expertise. Interacts with internal staff, clients/customers, Business Units, subcontractors, and applicable departments.

• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

• Solid understanding of the relevant functional area

• High attention to detail and accuracy; ability to meet deadlines

• Ability to work effectively with both internal and external customers

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Education:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Computer Science, or a related field

Experience:

Three (3) to five (5) years of work experience, including a minimum of two (2) years of relevant operations experience

Equivalency:

An equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered in place of the requirements stated above.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Defines and implements standards and best practices to foster collaboration across all areas of global consulting.

• Supports consulting resources by providing resources to facilitate and enhance the value and quality of project delivery (i.e., training/learning, knowledge sharing, etc.).

• Leverages internal knowledge of processes/procedures, methodologies, and best practices to support consulting services.

• Evaluates consulting operations and service delivery capabilities and readiness.

• Manages and/or supports the development and execution of strategies and/or programs for Consulting; aligns program scope with strategic business objectives.

• Engages in the project life cycle implementation process to facilitate and support successful delivery (i.e., resource requests, contract reviews, service agreements/work orders, project plans, invoices, etc.); manages operational tasks associated with project delivery.

• Analyzes existing business problems and develops plans for improvement.

• Identifies opportunities for streamlining operations and drives implementation of initiatives related to these opportunities.

• Provides leadership on the direction of projects and initiatives; coordinates activities with other business units within the organization.

• Analyzes business propositions and plans, investigates options, and recommends the most appropriate course of action.

• Serves as a liaison between customers and other consulting organizations across the globe.

• Builds relationships with internal clients that characterize partnership, cooperation, and trust.

• Provides regular reports to management on the status of projects/programs.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Collects and analyzes standard data related to assigned projects/programs.

• Independently carries out responsibilities associated with established internal business processes.
