Assistant General Manager

【Client Description】

A U.S.-headquartered global packaging and logistics integration company with over 60 sites worldwide. The Taiwan operation serves as the operational hub for Northeast and Southeast Asia, managing revenue-based operations and providing high-value industrial packaging, warehousing, and project logistics services for semiconductor and high-tech manufacturing clients.

【Candidate Profile】

．15+ years of experience in logistics, packaging, or manufacturing operations, ideally in multinational settings.

．Proven leadership in managing cross-functional or multi-site teams.

．Strong understanding of industrial packaging, warehouse operations, or project logistics.

．Fluent in English and Mandarin; capable of cross-border communication and collaboration.

．Hands-on, execution-driven leadership style with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

．Experience in profit-and-loss responsibility or operational hub management is highly preferred.

【Responsibilities】​

．Oversee day-to-day operations across packaging, logistics, and warehousing teams in Taiwan.

Coordinate with U.S. headquarters and regional sites in Asia to align project execution and quality standards.

．Lead departmental managers and drive operational efficiency, cost control, and profitability.

．Manage customer relationships and ensure timely delivery of industrial packaging and logistics projects.

．Support business development and continuous improvement initiatives across the region.

．Prepare performance and financial reports for the Northeast Asia Regional Manager.
