【Client Description】

A global F&B company is looking for a comprehensive planner, specializing in supply chain operations within the FMCG/retail industry. This role is integral to managing demand and supply planning operations, including forecast development, stock replenishment, and communication between local markets and sourcing units. The position requires a strategic approach to optimize stock management and support the delivery of business operating plans while mitigating supply chain uncertainties. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless operations and contribute to the growth of the business in t Taiwan markets.

【Candidate Profile】

• Minimum of three years of planning experience, primarily in supply planning or inventory control
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
• Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP systems

【Responsibilities】

• Collaborate with the Demand team to generate short-term and long-term demand forecasts
• Convert demand forecasts into supply forecasts for submission to sourcing units and the region
• Create purchase orders and follow up with sourcing units for stock replacement
• Facilitate vessel booking, shipment loading, and priority setting for urgent container inbound
• Connect market and sourcing units in response to capacity constraints and supply chain challenges
