負責亞太區CS團隊。

[Accountabilities]

• Oversee the Services Teams in Asia region, mainly in TW, KR, JP and SG.
• Provides strategic leadership and direction for the delivery of pre- and post-sales services and support to customers.
• Develops and manages all facets of customer retention (CRM) including participating in the resolution of customer concerns and defining and developing a customer contact strategy.
• Efficiently manages people and resources to drive productivity and operational excellence.
• Develops service department procedures.

[Requirement]

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the semiconductor CAPEX equipment industry, with strong exposure to service operations and customer support.
• Proven track record in regional leadership, managing multi-country teams and complex service organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams of 30–60 people across Asia (TW, KR, JP, SG).
• Strong capability in strategic planning, resource allocation, and driving operational excellence.
• Experience in building and implementing service processes and standards to ensure consistency and quality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal teams and external customers.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin.
