【Candidate Profile】

• Experience or basic understanding of order processing or supply chain operations (preferred but not mandatory).

• Proficient in Excel (basic formulas, sorting, filtering, vlookup).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

• Good communication skills and ability to follow clear procedures.

• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently

• Able to work 20 hours a week

【Responsibilities】

• Create and place purchase orders based on bottlers requests and supplier lead times.

• Verify order details (pricing, quantity, delivery date) before submission.

• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order acceptance and follow up on delivery timelines.

• Collect and prepare all required shipping documents — such as the invoice, packing list, etc

• Prepare and submit payment requests to AP team and ensure correct documents are attached.

• Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and payment documents in SAP/Excel.

• Support simple logistics coordination when needed
