【Candidate Profile】
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under tight timelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data management and report preparation.
• Detail-oriented and highly responsible in executing tasks accurately.
• Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
【Responsibilities】
• Event Coordination : Assist with the planning and execution of offline student engagement activities, including logistical arrangements such as venue booking, catering coordination, and on-site support.
• Campus Recruitment : Contribute to the execution of the campus recruitment by supporting campus event planning, interview scheduling, and onboarding activities such as orientation preparation.
• Training Assistance : Support the training function through vendor research, documentation consolidation, and preparation of post-training reports, as well as day-to-day administrative tasks related to training delivery and Co-Investment follow up.
• Internal HR Communications : Assist in drafting, editing, and distributing internal HR communications to ensure timely and consistent messaging across the organization.
• Other : Additional task assigned by HR team.
