【Candidate Profile】

• Proficiency in using ProEngineer or other 3D CAD software for mechanical design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply them effectively.
• Experience with Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and thermal mockups to validate thermal solutions.
• Experience with fanless, fan, heat pipe, and heatsink design.
• Experience using various thermal interface materials.
• Experience relating component/skin temperature, acoustics, and system performance
• Skillful in conveying design proposals and negotiating options effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
• Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at management levels

【Responsibilities】

Onsite team:

Thermal/Performance Execution Team , CMIT

• Design, develop, and evaluate thermal systems for commercial products (e.g., HVAC systems, heat exchangers, electronics cooling, renewable energy solutions).
• Perform thermal simulations and CFD analyses to predict temperature distribution and system behavior.
• Select and specify thermal materials, insulation, and heat transfer methods for various applications.
• Support commercial teams in pre-sales technical discussions, providing thermal expertise and feasibility assessments.
• Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to integrate thermal solutions into broader product designs.
• Conduct laboratory testing, data analysis, and validation of thermal prototypes and systems.
• Create technical documentation, thermal models, and reports for internal and customer use.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging thermal technologies, energy efficiency standards, and regulatory requirements.
