• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related discipline.

• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG marketing, portfolio management, category or brand management.

• Experience in product lifecycle management, artwork governance, packaging changes, or commercialization processes preferred.

【Responsibilities】


【Job Purpose】

The role serves as the key integration point between regional and local market stakeholders, ensuring Asia market requirements are effectively incorporated into development projects, Asia Cluster copy creation, artwork governance, and portfolio lifecycle management.


【Key Accountabilities or Responsibilities】

• Execute Asia Gum portfolio strategy across DMT, AWS, CA, and Extra brands.

• Lead portfolio maintenance, SKU lifecycle management, rationalization, and portfolio optimization initiatives.

• Lead Asia innovation and renovation projects from concept through commercialization.

• Drive cross-functional project governance, milestone management, risk identification, and issue resolution.

• Act as the central coordinator between Asia markets and ATG (cross-functional teams).

• Gather, consolidate, prioritize, and integrate Asia market requirements into Asia Gum Projects.

• Lead Asia Cluster copy development with the Content Team and approval processes in partnership with Regulatory, Legal, Corporate Affairs and market teams.

• Own artwork reviews with SGS packaging agency partner.

• Lead portfolio maintenance projects including formula changes, packaging updates, sourcing changes, compliance changes, and delistings.

• Prepare and manage launch toolkits requirements to help ensure successful launch execution for innovation, renovation, and maintenance projects.

• Build strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders across CBU, AM, R&D, Supply, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, packaging teams, sourcing units, and Asia markets.

• Support portfolio review for business planning discussions by providing portfolio visibility and project updates.
