Join a global leader in Smart Grid, Energy Digitalization, and Power Software Solutions, where you will lead end-to-end delivery of grid technology projects—covering system integration, software implementation, simulation testing, data modeling, and custom solutions for power transmission and distribution systems.
You will act as both Technical Lead & Subject Matter Expert (SME) — guiding engineering teams, working directly with customers, PM/DM, and global stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery of complex digital grid solutions.

【Candidate Profile】
1. Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, IT, Computer Science, Physics or related
2. 5+ years in Digital Grid, Energy Software, SCADA/EMS/DMS/ADMS/DERMS, or Power System Integration
3. Strong analytical skills in software delivery, modeling, testing, scripting, or system automation
4. Excellent communication in both English and Mandarin, able to work across APAC & Global teams
5. Experience working with utilities, grid operators, TSO/DSO projects is a strong advantage
6. Foreign professionals with Taiwan APRC and fluent Mandarin are welcome.
【Responsibilities】
1. Lead technical delivery of digital grid projects (EMS/SCADA/ADMS/DERMS/Transmission Systems)
2. Define customer requirements, develop technical solutions, and produce technical proposals
3. Lead system implementation, integration, tuning, simulation, and factory/site acceptance testing
4. Validate CIM network models, perform data conversion, and conduct scenario-based simulations
5. Guide a cross-functional engineering team (APAC & Global) to ensure scheduling, quality, and risk control
6. Support DevOps practices (automation, version control, testing, deployment) to improve project efficiency
7. Drive continuous improvement, documentation, and customer communication across all project phases
