【Client Description】

1. 此為專案合約制，一年一簽由企業直接聘僱非派遣，後續根據專案延約(長期合作)

2. 有外商或是日商統包工程相關工作經驗一年以上大加分

3. 具備英文或日文其中一種語言的溝通能力(建議Toeic 700以上或是日文N2以上 兩者擇一)

4. 此為彰化鹿港的離岸風電專案，具國際化的工作職場

5. 每個月約會有一天安排出海(當天來回)

【Candidate Profile】

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above (Health & Safety–related major preferred, but not mandatory)

Languages: Proficient in English and Mandarin; Japanese ability is an advantage

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a comparable role, preferably within health, safety, engineering, or construction industries

Professional Knowledge:

1) Strong understanding of Taiwan OSHA regulations and related laws

2) Familiarity with ISO standards implementation and application

3) Solid grounding in engineering and/or construction industries

4) Proven ability to deliver presentations to both internal and external audiences

5) Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills

6) 甲種職業安全衛生業務主管 (Class A- Occupational safety and health affair managers) is minimum requirement

【Responsibilities】

1) Supporting HSE leaders to monitor and audit HSE compliance across onshore and offshore sites.

2) Performing HSE Inspections both onshore and offshore

3) Identifying hazards, carrying out risk assessments, and ensuring subsequent corrective actions are implemented

4) Investigating and reporting all accidents, incidents, and near miss may occur on-site to the relevant functional heads.

5) Collect weekly and monthly KPI data/ information for month-end reporting

6) Carrying out staff training sessions, including toolbox talks.

7) Making necessary contacts with customers (Taiwan Electric Company) and related stakeholders for applications and approvals.

8) Other assignments are requested by HSE leaders.
