1. 有相關風電產業經驗，或是類似大型機電/機械設備 工程採購經驗2-5年佳

2. 需要提供英文CV，合作同仁及主管大多為外國人，需具備英文溝通能力

3. 此為外商離岸風電正職(德商)，提供優於市場行情之薪資條件

4. 需實際執行過完整採購流程如尋比議價，需細心且具備危機處理能力之人才

【Candidate Profile】

1. Bachelor degree or higher in business related studies; engineering background will be a plus.

2. Minimum 3 years of professional procurement experience in international environments.

3. Minimum 2 years of professional international souring experience, electrical/machined components are beneficial.

4. Fully comfortable in bi-lingual working environment.

5. Advanced mandarin and English, other language skills (German and Asian languages) are beneficial.

6. Pro-active, team- and solution-oriented way of working.

7. Good negotiation skills and knowledge in contractual administration.

8. Good technical comprehension.

9. Good knowledge in MS Office, SAP and ARIBA.

10. National and International business travel up to 30%.

【Responsibilities】

1. Responsibility of procurement for Mechtronics category, especially focus on transformers.

2. In line with global category manager’s strategy to source and develop new potential suppliers in Asia Pacific Region.

3. Execution of requests for quotation, tender activities, bid comparisons and award decisions.

4. Handle multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environment.

5. Lead of supplier negotiation, contract negotiations and auction within the respective categories.

6. Contract implementation and master data maintenance in SAP, ARIBA and TeamCenter.

7. Category specific procurement controlling, continuous supplier evaluation and development.

8. Proactive communication with global procurement organization, cross-functional and support teams.

9. Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
