【Candidate Profile】


- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s student (final-year/senior) or fresh graduate.

- Work Arrangement: Able to work in-office at least 4 days/week; 5 days/week preferred.

- Positive work attitude: reliable, patient, detail-oriented, and hardworking.

Hardworking, responsible, self-initiative, and a strong team player.

- Demonstrates analytical skills and logical thinking; comfortable working with data and reports.

- Passion for the Foodservice industry and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

【Nice to Have】

- Experience with administrative support, event support, or order coordination (internship/part-time acceptable).

- Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and comfort with database/CRM updates.

- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

【Responsibilities】


Administrative & Data Support

- Assist Sales/Marketing specialists with routine administrative tasks and documentation.

- Prepare and consolidate reports; organize sales/marketing data with accuracy and timeliness.

- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring data integrity and proper filing.

Event Coordination & Execution Support

- Support promotional activities and events by preparing materials (e.g., samples, brochures, signage).

- Coordinate logistics such as venue arrangements, equipment setup, and event schedules.

- Provide on-site support to ensure events run smoothly and follow-up actions are completed.

Order Processing & Shipment Tracking

- Support order processing activities, including internal coordination and documentation handling.

- Track shipment and delivery schedules; proactively follow up to ensure timely fulfillment.

- Communicate updates to internal stakeholders and help resolve basic delivery/order issues.

Department Kitchen Rental Management

- Manage departmental kitchen rental operations, including reservation scheduling and coordination.

- Arrange cleaning schedules and ensure the space is kept organized and functional.

Coordinate repair/maintenance requests and follow through to completion.

CEC Booking & Facility Support

- Manage CEC booking requests and scheduling to ensure proper usage and availability.

- Support facility upkeep, including supply procurement and basic inventory replenishment.

- Maintain a clean, organized environment and coordinate environmental maintenance as needed.
