We are looking for an Architectural Specifier for our client operating in the flooring sector.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree (preferably Architecture, Interior Architecture, Civil Engineering or Business)
- Minimum 4 years of B2B and project sales experience
- Preferably experienced in building materials / flooring systems
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
- Good command of English
- Customer-oriented, analytical and result-driven mindset
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage and develop existing customer portfolio and acquire new customers
- Develop and manage project-based sales opportunities in public and private sectors
- Build strong relationships with architectural offices, contractors and investors
- Generate and follow up on specifications, tenders and offers
- Conduct product presentations, seminars and trainings
- Identify and manage cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- Prepare and execute territory sales plans aligned with targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records of visits, projects and activities
- Handle complaints and claims according to company procedures
- Provide market and competitor feedback to management
