Warehouse Manager

Our client is a leading automotive manufacturer with a strong reputation for quality and innovation. They are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to join their team.

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in supervisory role in a warehouse environment
• Working experience in Automotive industry is preferred
• Strong knowledge of Material Management, SAP, WMS
• Strong Leadership / People Management skills.
• Must be hands-on, willing to engage directly on the production floor
• Ability to work in a dynamic and under-pressured environment
• English for communication

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations for raw materials and finished goods, including space planning, inventory management, shipping, and receiving processes.
• Develop and implement the total plant warehouse strategy to align with manufacturing facility goals and objectives.
• Ensure accurate inventory management, including receiving, storing, and distributing stock, to support decision-making and create efficient inventory turnover.
• Manage and direct shipping and receiving, including loading and unloading trucks, matching sales orders, and ensuring items are correctly identified using client-specific documentation methods.
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure safe, teamwork-oriented, organized, and efficient performance, while maintaining product quality and timely delivery.
• Plan and manage storage space to ensure product safety, quality maintenance, and prevention of product mixing.
• Increase process and machinery efficiency to reduce losses and effectively meet customer needs.
• Inspect and manage inventory data, prepare cost reports, budgets, and expenditures, ensuring accurate data for warehouse management and supporting other company processes.
