Qualifications :


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Proven experience managing 3PL relationships in an FMCG or manufacturing environment is strongly preferred

  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) — required for regional reporting and cross-functional collaboration
  • Results-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to deliver against KPIs in a fast-paced MNC environment
  • Strong people management skills — ability to engage, develop, and hold accountable both direct employees and outsourced/3PL workforce
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to problem solving and familiarity with WMS systems and warehouse technology

Job Responsibilities :


Warehouse Operations Management

  • Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, storage, outbound, and returns processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards
  • Drive operational KPIs including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rate, on-time delivery, and cost per unit handled

3PL Partnership & Governance

  • Manage and govern 3PL service providers — including contract compliance, SLA monitoring, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead regular business reviews with 3PL partners, escalate issues, and drive corrective action plans

People & Resource Management

  • Plan and optimize headcount and shift structures across warehouse operations (both direct and 3PL-managed labor)
  • Lead, coach, and develop a multi-tier warehouse team; foster a high-performance, accountability-driven culture

Process Improvement & Technology

  • Identify and implement lean/continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve throughput
  • Collaborate with IT and supply chain teams on WMS utilization and digital process enhancements

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Supply Chain Planning, Customer Service, and Commercial teams to align warehouse capacity with demand fluctuations
  • Support new product launches, promotional spikes, and seasonal demand surges with agile operational planning

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure full adherence to GMP, safety regulations, and internal audit standards
  • Champion a safety-first culture across all warehouse and 3PL sites
