Qualifications :
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Proven experience managing 3PL relationships in an FMCG or manufacturing environment is strongly preferred

- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) — required for regional reporting and cross-functional collaboration
- Results-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to deliver against KPIs in a fast-paced MNC environment

Job Responsibilities :
Warehouse Operations Management
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, storage, outbound, and returns processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards
- Drive operational KPIs including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rate, on-time delivery, and cost per unit handled
3PL Partnership & Governance
- Manage and govern 3PL service providers — including contract compliance, SLA monitoring, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead regular business reviews with 3PL partners, escalate issues, and drive corrective action plans
People & Resource Management
- Plan and optimize headcount and shift structures across warehouse operations (both direct and 3PL-managed labor)
- Lead, coach, and develop a multi-tier warehouse team; foster a high-performance, accountability-driven culture
Process Improvement & Technology
- Identify and implement lean/continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve throughput
- Collaborate with IT and supply chain teams on WMS utilization and digital process enhancements
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Supply Chain Planning, Customer Service, and Commercial teams to align warehouse capacity with demand fluctuations
- Support new product launches, promotional spikes, and seasonal demand surges with agile operational planning
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure full adherence to GMP, safety regulations, and internal audit standards
- Champion a safety-first culture across all warehouse and 3PL sites
