The Supply Chain Management (SCM) Manager plays a critical leadership role within a dynamic Electronics Manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for ensuring material availability at optimal cost and controlled risk to support production continuity and on-time delivery. You will lead end-to-end supply chain strategy, working closely with global suppliers and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • 8–15 years of supply chain experience, with at least 5 years in Electronics Manufacturing or high-mix manufacturing
  • Strong background in procurement, material planning, and supplier management
  • Proven experience managing global sourcing strategies and supplier networks
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Continuous improvement approach toward supplier quality, delivery, and cost optimization

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, develop, and leverage strong global supplier and manufacturer relationships
  • Lead material planning, MRP control, and demand alignment with production requirements
  • Drive strategic sourcing initiatives and proactive supplier risk management across global supply bases
  • Optimize inventory performance, including inventory turns, aging, and E&O management
  • Lead cost-down initiatives and manage PPV (Purchase Price Variance) performance
  • Proactively manage material shortages, allocation issues, and supply disruptions
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to ensure production stability and delivery commitments
