Senior Quality Assurance (Automotive)

Our client is a leading global manufacturer, recognized for delivering high-quality products and operational excellence through continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical/Mechanical ,or related field.
• Minimum 7 - 10 years of experience in quality management, including leadership roles.
• Certifications such as IATF 16949 or VDA 6.3 are highly desirable.
• Proficient with core quality tools.
• Strong skills in root cause analysis and structured problem-solving.
• Experience in manufacturing, particularly in industrial or automotive sectors, is an advantage.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, accountable leadership style.
• Strong command of Thai & English, both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality systems and programs.
• Oversee quality assurance operations across multiple sub-functions.
• Maintain and enhance quality management systems in alignment with international standards.
• Review and approve Corrective and Preventive Actions for internal and external quality issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of quality and compliance.
• Initiate and manage training programs to enhance quality awareness and capabilities.
• Monitor departmental performance metrics and drive corrective actions when necessary.
