【Qualifications】

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • English: Daily conversation level
  • Japanese: Daily conversation level
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in sales or customer‑facing roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good teamwork and coordination abilities
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Understanding of supply chain, purchasing cycles, or production processes
  • Strong sense of responsibility, good time management, and customer‑first mindset

【Responsibilities】

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers through regular visits and follow‑ups.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Conduct needs analysis, prepare proposals, and create quotations.
  • Present product information and coordinate technical discussions when required.
  • Work closely with internal teams including supply chain, engineering, production, and quality.
  • Communicate with international offices via email and online meetings.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and respond to customer inquiries or issues.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and delivery conditions.
  • Gather competitor information, market trends, and customer requirements.
  • Provide insights to support product development and pricing strategy.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
