【Qualifications】
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- English: Daily conversation level
- Japanese: Daily conversation level
- Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in sales or customer‑facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good teamwork and coordination abilities
- Basic computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Understanding of supply chain, purchasing cycles, or production processes
- Strong sense of responsibility, good time management, and customer‑first mindset
【Responsibilities】
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers through regular visits and follow‑ups.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Conduct needs analysis, prepare proposals, and create quotations.
- Present product information and coordinate technical discussions when required.
- Work closely with internal teams including supply chain, engineering, production, and quality.
- Communicate with international offices via email and online meetings.
- Monitor delivery schedules and respond to customer inquiries or issues.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and delivery conditions.
- Gather competitor information, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Provide insights to support product development and pricing strategy.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
