• Thai native speaking
• Bachelor's or higher in any field
• At lease 1 year experience as Sales is any field
• Passionate in Real Estate industry
• Good command in English
• Japanese is an advantage

• Conduct new sales activities for end users
• Respond to customer inquiries through SNS and online platforms
• Perform property price checks while working in the office
• Visit properties to inspect conditions such as sunlight, surrounding shops, and nearby restaurants
• Handle properties mainly located along Sukhumvit Road
• Engage with customers who are primarily Thai, including many family segments
• Support condominium renovation projects
