Our client is a well-established supplier of industrial furnaces and heaters, operating in Thailand for 20 years. The company provides versatile, high performance solutions for metal treatment, manufacturing, laboratories, and other high-temperature applications, helping clients optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure safety.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in technical sales or field sales; sales engineering or consulting experience is an advantage
• Experience in selling heaters, industrial furnaces, or related industrial products is preferred
• Ability to negotiate with both customers and suppliers from domestic and international
• Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and enthusiastic about technology, with a strong customer-focused mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Must have own car and a valid driving license
• English: Daily Conversation Level
• Identify and pursue potential clients to grow business in assigned regions
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Present solutions that meet client needs in quality, price, and delivery
• Negotiate contracts to align client requirements with company objectives
• Provide after-sales support and technical assistance as needed
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare regular reports
• Meet sales targets and support sales initiatives
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
