Sales Manager

Our client is a leading provider of comprehensive fleet management and vehicle leasing solutions, operating as a strategic joint venture between two of largest corporates.

• Bachelor degree in related fields
• Experience in sales at least 5 years in any industry
• Experience inn team management
• Good command in English
• Able to drive with driving license

• Lead and oversee a team focused on monitoring, analyzing, and reporting performance data to collaborate with Sales on strategy development and execution.
• Manage team operations to provide Sales with essential data analysis, reporting, and marketing activity support.
• Design and implement initiatives to enhance sales performance, optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and develop new products, services, or system improvements.
• Develop comprehensive reports and presentation materials, and conduct training sessions as required.
• Support the end-to-end process for annual business planning and the establishment of sales targets.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and collaborate directly with Management on assigned projects.
• Execute additional tasks and specialized assignments as needed to support business objectives.
