Qualifications

  • Thai native speaking
  • Bachelor's or higher in any field
  • At least 2 years experience as sales and purchasing experience in trading companies (those with new business development experience are highly preferred)
  • Good command in English
  • Must have own car and a valid driving license


Responsibilities

  • Conduct field-based sales activities with a primary focus on new business development
  • Visit potential clients daily to introduce products such as processed metal and industrial machinery
  • Identify and approach new customers, mainly in manufacturing and trading industries
  • Carry out full sales cycle independently, including needs analysis, proposal, quotation, delivery coordination, and contract handling
  • Maintain and support existing customers when necessary, though main focus is on new client acquisition
  • Research and develop new suppliers based on customer requirements
  • Negotiate terms, request quotations, and evaluate suppliers for product sourcing
  • Expand product portfolio by identifying new procurement sources beyond existing suppliers
  • Perform sales activities via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings

Onboarding & Training:

  • First month: accompany current sales staff to visit clients and understand business operations
  • Learn about key customers, products, and ongoing projects
  • Aim to handle sales activities independently within one month


Work Style:

  • After onboarding, mainly perform field sales using own vehicle
  • Visit office 1–2 times per week (flexible) for reporting, meetings, and administrative tasks
  • Participate in online meetings when required
