- Junior College degree or above in Automation, Engineering, or English-related majors
- (Candidates with an English major and strong project coordination ability are also welcome, even without direct automation experience)
- Solid understanding of automation design processes and project execution workflows
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written) — mandatory requirement
- Strong project management capabilities, including cost, schedule, resource, and risk management
- Good understanding of automation structures and commonly used automation components
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, hardworking, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Willing to travel and support on-site project execution when required
- Manage automation projects from design phase to mass production, acting as the key contact between engineering customers and internal teams
- Understand customer requirements and automation design concepts, conduct feasibility studies, and lead DFM reviews to efficiently finalize design solutions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement automation designs and ensure project execution aligns with technical, cost, and schedule targets
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project analysis, cost control, scheduling, resource planning, and production management
- Understand automation system structures and standard automation components, providing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle
- After DFM approval, develop demo and pilot production plans, organize material issuance, purchasing, assembly, debugging, testing, and shipment
- Lead production line bring-up activities, establish bring-up plans, and communicate closely with customers to adjust timelines and progress when needed
- Maintain effective communication with factories and end customers, supporting on-site production, debugging, testing, and project reviews
- Accept business travel as required and support overseas or customer-site activities
