Production Manager

Company Overview:

Our client is a well-known electronic parts (PCBA) and semiconductors manufacturing and distributing company. The company has exhibited for nearly 25 years in Thailand, with motivation and a high market share in automotive global markets.

Qualification:

• Management-level experience in production engineering within the Electronics and PCBA, including involvement in new model launches

• Over 4-5 years of hands-on experience operating manufacturing equipment in electronics or automotive production

• Experienced in manufacturing cost control and efficiency optimization

• Strong management skills with the ability to solve operational and technical problems

• Able to collaborate effectively with other departments

• Good interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership ability

• Responsible, able to work under pressure, and meet deadlines

• Skilled in AutoCAD and Auto-CAM applications

Responsibilities:

• Set KPI targets and monitor performance for the production section

• Manage and lead section staff, including training and development at various levels

• Plan and control section budgets effectively

• Collaborate with other departments to solve operational problems and improve processes

• Prepare reports, manage contracts, and provide consultation as needed

• Ensure employee safety and maintain a safe working environment

• Ensure compliance with company policies and adherence to social and workplace norms
