Press Mold Technician

Client Description

The client operates in the metal manufacturing industry, specializing in metal filters, stamped parts, wire mesh, copper piping, and CNC-machined components for automotive, HVAC, and industrial applications, seeking a hands-on technician with strong press mold setup skills, safety awareness, and the ability to collaborate across production and mold teams.

Experience Requirements

Candidates must have hands-on experience in changing and setting up molds on press machines, with practical knowledge of mold handling, setup accuracy, and production-line support.

Education Requirements

• Vocational diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or higher in a related field
• Thai Language: Native level

Responsibilities

• Set up molds for press machines
• Accurately install, adjust, and secure molds on press machines to ensure production readiness, precision, and safety compliance.
• Prepare for daily mass production
• Review production schedules and ensure all molds, tools, and materials are properly prepared to support continuous production operations.
• Coordinate with production-related teams
• Work closely with Production Control and the Mold Team to align setup timing, address technical issues, and minimize downtime.
• Support stable manufacturing operations
• Assist in maintaining smooth press operations across multiple machines, ensuring optimal performance and consistent output.
• Participate in night shift rotation when required
• Support production continuity by joining scheduled night shifts as part of the rotation system.
