PCB Commodity Manager

Our client is looking for a PCB Commodity Manager to lead sourcing strategy and supplier management across Thailand and the APAC region. As part of the Global Commodity Cluster PCB, this role works closely with global procurement, engineering, and quality teams to ensure a competitive and reliable PCB supply base. The position focuses on supplier strategy, RFQ execution, negotiations, market monitoring, and cost optimization while strengthening key supplier relationships across Asia.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in PCB manufacturing, sourcing, sales, or supply chain
• Solid understanding of PCB processes, cost drivers, and Asian supplier markets
• Experience in RFQ, commercial negotiations, and supplier management
• Knowledge of IPC, RoHS, UL, TS16949, or VDA is a plus
• Ability to read drawings, specs, and Gerber files
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Excellent English in an international environment
• Experience with global/European companies preferred
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office
• Willing to travel internationally

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead PCB sourcing strategy and supplier development in Thailand and APAC
• Manage supplier selection, qualification, and performance
• Drive RFQ processes, cost benchmarking, and negotiations
• Track PCB market trends and supplier risk
• Support supplier audits and quarterly reviews
• Collaborate with engineering/quality on technical changes and improvements
• Serve as escalation point for suppliers in China and Asia
• Support global procurement and cross‑regional initiatives
