Mechanical Engineer

• Diploma or higher education in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Mechanical design experience is preferred (candidates from different industries are welcome)
• Basic English or Chinese communication skills (English preferred)
• Understanding or experience in manufacturing and automation processes is an advantage
• Good communication skills and problem-solving ability
• Able to work under pressure, proactive, and responsible
• Willing to follow company arrangements, including business travel and overtime

• Design, develop, and improve mechanical parts and automation-related equipment
• Support automation assembly and production processes
• Understand and work with key manufacturing processes such as dispensing, screw locking, labeling, image testing, and related operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical and production issues
• Identify problems proactively and provide timely and effective solutions
• Support continuous improvement activities in manufacturing and automation
• Accept business trips and overtime work arrangements as required
