Maintenance Training Engineer (Japanese Speaking)

• Thai native speaking
• High vocational or higher in any field
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience as a mechanical engineer with assembly and maintenance responsibilities
• Good command in Japanese (JLPT N3 or above)
• Fair command in English

• Conduct maintenance training programs for manufacturing personnel (mechanical and electrical).
• Provide hands-on technical instruction using actual machines and training equipment.
• Deliver safety education related to maintenance operations.
• Develop, improve, and maintain maintenance training curricula and teaching materials (textbooks, manuals, procedures).
• Evaluate trainees’ understanding, provide feedback, and conduct follow-up support.
• Manage and maintain training equipment and facilities.
• Adjust training content based on customer requirements and conduct on-site training when necessary.
