Junior Design Engineer - Structural Design

【Qualifications】

• Thai native speaker
• Bachelor's degree or higher in related field.
• Experience as a design engineer in automotive chassis, casting parts, suspension components, or related mechanical fields is preferred.
• Good command in English
• Experience with 3D CAD (CATIA preferred, but SolidWorks/NX/Creo also acceptable).

【Responsibilities】

• Create and modify chassis-related components, especially casting parts such as suspension arms, brackets, and structural components
• Use 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, NX, CATIA, or equivalent); CATIA training will be provided after joining
• Support design activities based on strength, manufacturability, cost, and performance requirements
• Organize design data and prepare materials for standardization and manual creation
• Assist CAE teams by preparing geometry and necessary data for analysis
• Collaborate with on-site engineers to gather technical information and convert it into process manuals
• Support project execution in line with client standards (Honda R&D Asia Pacific)
• Work with project members in Thailand and Japan to ensure design accuracy and consistency
• Communicate technical issues effectively with senior engineers and project leaders
• Drive self-development in CAD, automotive engineering, and casting design
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance productivity and quality
