The company is a leading general trading company with global operations in a wide range of businesses in automobiles, plants, energy, mineral resources, chemicals, foodstuff resources, agricultural and forestry resources, consumer goods, and industrial parks.
• English: Daily Conversation Level (Able to communicate with JP managers)
• 2+ years of experience in IT Support or similar technical roles
• Proficient with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and programming languages (C, Java)
• Skilled in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and network troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Main Tasks:
• Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and on-site support
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripheral devices
• Monitor and maintain company networks and systems to ensure stable and optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve system, hardware, and network issues efficiently
• Document incidents, resolutions, and support activities in the service desk system
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and equipment provisioning
• Manage IT assets, inventory tracking, and ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards
Additional Tasks:
• Develop and maintain custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps to improve operational efficiency
• Design and automate workflows with Power Automate to streamline processes and reduce manual tasks
• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and deliver effective automation solutions
• Integrate systems and data sources to support seamless information flow and reporting
• Support testing, deployment, and rollout of new IT systems and software updates
• Participate in IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned
