Company Overview

A well‑established manufacturing organization specializing in automotive‑related components is seeking an HR & General Affairs professional who can support administrative operations while facilitating communication between Thai and Japanese staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • English: Daily conversation; able to read/write emails and basic documents
  • Japanese: Internal conversation level (JLPT N2–N3 equivalent)
  • HR or General Affairs experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to support a variety of back‑office functions
  • Strong coordination and scheduling skills
  • Experience with GA/HR processes in a Japanese working environment
  • Cooperative personality with a positive and adaptable mindset
  • Able to support both Thai teams and Japanese expatriates

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and HR support to Thai and Japanese employees.
  • Handle scheduling, documentation, office coordination, and general GA tasks.
  • Support HR processes such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Assist in organizing internal events and company activities.
  • Arrange accommodations, transportation, and logistics for business travelers.
  • Provide simple interpretation between Japanese and Thai staff (JP–TH or JP–EN).
  • Support communication for Japanese employees not fluent in English.
  • Assist during customer visits and internal meetings when interpretation is required
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
  • Act as a communication bridge to support smooth collaboration across departments.
  • Assist with tasks previously handled informally by Japanese staff.
  • Support activities related to the upcoming office/factory relocation (short‑distance move).
