Our client is a well-known electronic parts (PCBA) and semiconductors manufacturing and distributing company. The company has exhibited for nearly 25 years in Thailand, with motivation and a high market share in automotive global markets.
• English: Internal conversation level (TOEIC score would be advantages)
• Management-level experience in General Affairs and Human Resources within a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Solid knowledge of labor laws, safety regulations, and employee relations
• Good working relationships with Thai government authorities, including the Labor Department, Social Security Office, Revenue Department, and Immigration
• Strong management capabilities, particularly in human resource management
• Proven ability to implement and enforce company policies and regulations
• Effective communication skills with employees at all levels, including staff and senior management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email
• Strong leadership skills with a high level of responsibility and accountability
• Proactive, positive-minded, and fair in decision-making
• Demonstrates honesty and loyalty to the organization and its management
• Oversee General Affairs and Human Resources functions across all departments in line with company policies
• Review company regulations and ensure compliance with Thai labor laws
• Manage and update the company salary structure
• Handle and resolve labor-related issues and employee relations matters
• Manage workforce planning and control GA & HR budgets and expenses
• Plan employee activities and set GA & HR objectives in accordance with top management policies
• Review and manage salary adjustments, promotions, and bonus evaluation processes
• Oversee and provide guidance on visa and work permit matters for foreign employees
• Maintain and manage company management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949, as well as safety and environmental systems
• Supervise facility management, workplace safety, and training center operations
• Act as the main contact point with relevant government authorities
• Provide advice and consultation to employees, particularly at the management level and IHQ
• Coordinate and support company operations in collaboration with international headquarters
• Work closely with internal departments and group companies to ensure effective cooperation
