- 15+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the food & beverage sector.
- Proven track record in developing sales strategies and achieving commercial targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and customer insights.
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in both domestic and international markets, aligned with overall company objectives.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and build a results-driven sales team to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors in existing and new markets.
- Market Expansion: Identify growth opportunities and spearhead entry into new markets and customer segments.
- Sales Operations: Oversee sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to ensure consistent performance tracking and resource optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to align commercial strategies with market needs.
- Brand and Channel Development: Strengthen brand positioning and optimize sales strategies across B2B and B2C channels, both locally and internationally.
