This role will work closely with site leadership and regional stakeholders to ensure consistent performance, strong governance, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineer or related filed.
- Experience in quality more than 12 years
- Significant experience in a production or operational environment within an international organization.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and driving organizational improvements.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Experience working in structured environments with defined operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction for site-level quality and operational standards.
- Strengthen internal processes to ensure consistency, reliability, and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Review operational performance and identify opportunities to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Lead investigations and improvement initiatives when issues arise, ensuring sustainable solutions are implemented.
- Work closely with site leadership to promote a strong culture of accountability and performance.
- Ensure the organization remains aligned with internal policies and external requirements.
- Support the introduction of new initiatives or projects to ensure they meet internal standards.
- Develop and mentor team members to build a strong and capable organization.
