This role will work closely with site leadership and regional stakeholders to ensure consistent performance, strong governance, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineer or related filed.
• Experience in quality more than 12 years
• Significant experience in a production or operational environment within an international organization.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and driving organizational improvements.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Experience working in structured environments with defined operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for site-level quality and operational standards.
• Strengthen internal processes to ensure consistency, reliability, and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Review operational performance and identify opportunities to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Lead investigations and improvement initiatives when issues arise, ensuring sustainable solutions are implemented.
• Work closely with site leadership to promote a strong culture of accountability and performance.
• Ensure the organization remains aligned with internal policies and external requirements.
• Support the introduction of new initiatives or projects to ensure they meet internal standards.
• Develop and mentor team members to build a strong and capable organization.
