Qualifications

• Thai native speaking
• Bachelor's or higher in any field
• Has Experiences More than 2 years of experience in cost estimation (prefer Japanese company)
• Good command in English

Responsibilities 

• Analyze and thoroughly review construction blueprints and specifications to determine required materials and quantities
• Calculate project costs, including materials, labor, and project timelines, to estimate overall construction expenses
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and breakdowns, including profit margins and final pricing proposals
• Negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve cost efficiency while maintaining quality and deadlines
• Monitor and control project costs to ensure they remain within the approved budget
• Track ongoing project expenses and adjust estimates when necessary
• Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and site managers to align cost planning with project progress
• Prepare and submit cost reports and progress reports to management and clients
