Company Overview:

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or a Master’s Degree in any related fields
• English: Business Conversation Level (TOEIC score would be advantages)
• Japanese: N/A (If can speak is a plus)
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing an e-commerce (EC) site, using Shopify or a comparable platform
• Experience operating Shopify, including an understanding of theme and section structures, with basic implementation or customization experience
• Experience running EC initiatives in coordination with CRM tools (e.g., email, LINE) and social media operations
• Background in luxury, fashion, leather goods, or related brand environments
• Strong execution skills, with the ability to complete content updates and campaign launches accurately and on schedule
• Logical and data-driven thinking, able to analyze situations and turn insights into practical improvements
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and coordinate with multiple stakeholders in uncertain or changing environments
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional projects in a startup or small-team setting
Job Overview:
This role is responsible for managing and operating the Thailand e-commerce site for our products. Based on updates from the Japan site, you will localize products, content, and campaigns for the Thai market to maximize sales performance and customer experience.
This position goes beyond basic content updates—you are expected to proactively identify improvements, propose initiatives, and take hands-on action to build a high-performing site for Thailand. As the business is in a launch and expansion phase, the role requires strong prioritization skills, the ability to work in an evolving environment, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Japan EC and Marketing teams to plan and execute site updates for the Thailand market in line with the marketing calendar
• Adapt and apply product and campaign information from the Japan site to the Thailand site, making necessary adjustments for local relevance
• Translate and localize content into Thai, including product names, descriptions, campaign copy, and UI text
• Plan and execute Thailand-specific campaigns (eg, Lunar New Year), covering product selection, discount structure, page design, and project management through launch
• Build, update, and optimize Shopify pages, including the homepage, collections, landing pages, banners, and navigation flow
• Manage pricing and discount settings, ensuring accurate configuration, display, and calculations
• Update information related to Thailand retail stores and in-store events on the e-commerce site
• Create and maintain blog and news content, including translating and editing articles from Japan
• Develop and update FAQ and Q&A content for Thai customers
• Monitor site performance daily and weekly, organize key KPIs, and report on campaign results
